Having been evolving for 300 years, Min opera became fixed in the early 20th century.
Rouyan pork dumplings
Pork Bird's Nest is also known as Flat Pork Bird's Nest. However, the skin is made of pork and sweet potato flour. It is one of the specialties of Fuzhou, which is different from the flat meat (flatbread) in other parts of Fujian, and the texture of the two is totally different. Bird's nest skin is as thin as white paper, jade-like in color, soft and tender, tough and strong.
