EDITORIAL POLICY
All new drafts submitted to the CCBDCT 2025 conference should be submitted through the online electronic editing system or via designated email. By using an online electronic editing system or setting up an email address, you can submit your paper anywhere through the Internet.
1. The paper should be original, written in English, and not purely a review article. The full text should be submitted for review.
2. The paper needs to be formatted according to the template, with no less than 7 pages.
3. Before submitting, self-funded plagiarism checks should be conducted through CrossCheck, Turnitin, or other query systems, with a no more than 20% plagiarism rate. Papers suspected of plagiarism will not be published and will be published on the conference homepage.
4. Please register in the registration system.
5. Submitter: After reviewing the entire manuscript, the article has been accepted and can be presented orally at the meeting.
6. Reporter (no submission): Attend the meeting and give an oral report at the meeting. (Note: The abstract of the oral report will not be submitted for publication)
7. Attending as an audience: Attend and participate in this meeting, and have the opportunity to attend all presentations throughout the meeting.
The submission should be sent to our submission system before the submission deadline. All submitted works will be subject to preliminary review and Peer review (double-blind).
All papers that meet the submission guidelines will be sent to two review steps. The preliminary review will be conducted by the meeting committee members for 1-3 working days. If the preliminary review is passed, 2-3 committee members will be sent to the Peer review (double-blind). The review results will be available after 30 days and sent to the author via email along with the review comments.
If the paper needs necessary modifications (minor or major), the revised version shall be submitted to the original reviewer again for Peer review. Authors can submit revisions within 10 days. If the initial reviewer accepts the revised manuscript, the revised paper will be accepted by the conference. CCBDCT 2024 does not accept multiple submissions, plagiarism, and self-plagiarism. Illegal submissions will be rejected without review
All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
